Our mission is to promote the culture of artisan ice cream, a culture where the made in italy excel: Italy is not only the country with the biggest number of Ice Cream Parlors … it’s the place where ice cream makers learn tips and techniques for making great ice cream all over the world! In 1998 our founder Italo Allaria opened his first ice cream parlor in Sanremo – Italy – and in 2016 he moved to Santa Cruz de La Palma.
